Witney Motor Club was founded in October 1963. It was a result of an advert placed in the Local paper, "The Witney Gazette" by Mr. Arthur Titherington. The advert read something like: "Is anybody interested in forming a Motor Club in Witney" The reaction to this advert was sufficient to form a committee. This committee recruited interested parties and organised a calendar of events. The club had a response and the club went from strength to strength. The committee organised events and club members attended. Some of the well known names in Motor Sport started with Witney Motor Club. CREATE NEW GROUPS

Introducing my new concept.

RallyeTrack aims to provide exclusive circuit use specifically for competitors in stage rallying.

With chicanes introduced on the long straights, rally cars with short differential ratios need no longer suffer from being ‘buzzed’ at high top speeds. As a competitor myself I understand that long periods simply sitting on the rev limiter in top gear are just not what we build our cars to do.

***Brands Hatch Indy***
This track-day is the day before the Brands Hatch Winter Stages 2017***
Our first event is live and ready to book on the website! Format is a morning track-day session from 0900-1230. Noise limits are 102db static and 92db drive by. Chicanes on the main straight will be implemented to keep speeds down. Scrutineering by the organising club as normal in the afternoon when we will have handed circuit back to them for set-up after the morning session is over.
Participants will set up in service outside the circuit as normal and access the pit lane via the tunnels to and from the paddock. The Perfect opportunity to take friends, sponsors and service crew for a spin. Normal trackday rules apply. Non-competitive and un-timed.
Early bird places available for £99.00!

Looking forward to the MG Car Club Autumn Trial at Burton Dassett Country Park on Sunday. Sharing the Celica with Dan Adderley same as last year. Great event to come and spectate and have a picnic. Anyone prepared to marshal, which is mostly doing the scoring and replacing knocked over poles will be extremely welcome! Very friendly event one of my favourites of the year.
